Pesto alla Genovese
Typical Ligurian specialty, perfect for seasoning pasta (trofie, trenette, gnocchi) or for spreading on bread or for cold dishes.
Ingredients: Genoese basil P. D.O. semi-finished product 30% (Genoese basil P.D.O. 75%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), WALNUTS , extra virgin olive oil, GRANA PADANO P.D.O. ( MILK , salt, rennet, EGG protein lysozine), PINE NUTS , salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, Vessalic garlic 0.4%, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of other NUTS , FISH , SULPHITES .
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 0° to +4°C.
