Vinification: the grapes are vinified in steel in contact with the skins for 5 days. During fermentation, frequent pumping over is carried out and the temperature does not exceed 25 degrees. The refinement continues in steel until bottling.
Tasting notes: inviting nose with small berries, wet earth and aromatic herbs.
