Pesto Genovese
Specialty obtained with quality ingredients. It is obtained by mixing Genoese basil P.D.O., extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O., pecorino romano P.D.O., garlic, vegetable fiber and salt. Genoese pesto is the traditional condiment of our land. Ideal on pasta such as trofie or trenette. Also excellent as a sauce to accompany fresh summer dishes, such as tomato and mozzarella.
Ingredients: Semi-processed Genoese Basil D.O.P. 30% (Genoese Basil D.O.P. 75%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), extra virgin olive oil, WALNUTS, PINE NUTS, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO D.O.P.
